Designing the future of EV ownership.
As a team of 5 interns within the Bangalore Song Design division, we explored how AI and interactions could shape the future of EV ownership over 6 weeks.
Mapping EV trends and owner experiences to uncover pain points and opportunities.
Exploring AI-enabled and low-touch interactions across the EV ownership journey.
Building concepts, working through feedback, and shaping the final experience architecture for leadership.
A connected experience across familiar driver touchpoints to anticipate needs and simplify everyday EV ownership. The final screens stay blurred in this view.

The detailed research, process, and final artifacts are confidential, but I’m happy to share the work and walk you through the thinking behind it in conversation.
We brought the concept to life through a concept film and presentation deck, giving the studio a tangible view of the experience and how it could work across the EV ownership journey. Presented to leadership and the wider Accenture Song team, the final outcome sparked positive feedback from the studio.

Thank you to the Song Design team for the trust, the honest feedback and the room to try things.
